Café Constantino
The Constantino family, who have been cultivating coffee for generations in Minas Gerais, are committed to quality despite their small scale, carefully selecting only beans that have been meticulously nurtured. They practice environmentally friendly farming methods and are dedicated to sustainable coffee production.
Medium Roast - Carefully Selected "Origin Roasted"
Roasted by Alto de Minas, an elite Minas Gerais roastery that thoroughly understands the characteristics of the beans.
Under advanced quality control certified by ABIC (Brazilian Coffee Industry Association), the beans' potential is maximized. Freshly harvested, carefully selected beans are roasted and packaged on-site with the optimal profile, preserving the rich aroma of the origin and minimizing deterioration during transit. Each bean condenses the Brazilian soil, sun and wind, and the farmers' love.
You can enjoy the authentic, rich aroma and delicate taste in Japan, in their best condition.
